I offer classes and workshops on embodied movement for all kinds of groups, ranging from secondary school students to adult professionals. Whether training future facilitators or engaging first-time participants, in one-off or ongoing sessions, I tailor creative activities to the given social or academic context.
I use a specialized method of physical training, based on the world-renowned stage movement technique I studied at the Moscow Art Theater and the Vakhtangov Theatre Academy in Russia, which develops physical awareness, strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, acrobatic stunts and stage combat skills.
I also offer workshops and train students in research methods on the somatic practice that I have developed for embodied listening, moving-with other people’s stories, as a form of group resonance and response.
